The independent music label is taking the music market, but not by surprise. Its artists are making profound statements to the urban/Reggaeton genre. Father and son duo, Rich and Josh Montana is the team in charge of the label, Rich Music. They are responsible for gathering a team of producers like Dimelo Flow, brought by Justin Quiles, (signed with Rich Music since 2013) and Rike Music, one of the youngest producers in the field but revered as a heavy name in the industry.
Rich Music artists are young and unafraid of experimenting with their music, making collabs and taking their songs to the next level. It is unknown which song is going to be the next hit, or which is going to be a favorite for the public, but the artists remain diligent in their craft by working to give the fans music to identify with, to live with, and to love.

Josh states his interests are not into making a big roster of artists for the label, because they are not just making music together, but they have other ideas to focus on as well. Despite having many other labels come to Rich Music for partnership, they simply would like to remain small.
Although the beginning might not have been easy peasy, Rich Music has become a success stemming from making the right choices, an enormous effort, dedication and sacrifices, all while pursuing the dream, as well with the artists. Rich Music shows that great achievement is all about hard work. Often times, a musician’s career is portrayed as full of parties and wild fun. However, behind all of that, there’s a diligent team of people doing their best in order to give the fans high-quality shows and music. The excitement of the concerts and red carpets conceal the laborious tasks of the artists from the fans. Behind the scenes, there’s rehearsals, meetings, traveling and sleepless nights; but in the end, it’s all worth it. The road for Rich Music has just begun.
